Warranty Coverage

To ensure your peace of mind when using this product, HARU HARU offers a one-time warranty replacement opportunity. If, under normal use, the protective film is found to be cracked or visibly damaged within one year from the date of purchase, you may apply for one free replacement.

Warranty Conditions

• Each item is entitled to one free replacement; multiple pieces purchased in the same order each qualify separately.
• Replacement is limited to the original purchased model and size (no exchanges for other models or sizes).
• All shipping costs (including return) are borne by the customer.
• You must provide the following documentation:
  1. Photo or video evidence of the damage (clearly showing the damaged area).
  2. Order confirmation or purchase receipt (including date and quantity).

Important Notes

Products received as part of certain promotional activities (e.g., gift-with-purchase, limited-time gifts, add-on purchase items) are not covered by this warranty service. Please refer to each promotional campaign’s official announcement for details.

Warranty Exclusions

• Bubbles, dust, or misalignment caused by incorrect installation.
• Products not purchased through official channels.
• Any self-processing, cutting, or modification of the product.
• External damage from drops or pressure causing cracks.
• Items that have already used their one-time replacement opportunity.
• Claims made more than one year after the purchase date.
• Gifts or promotional items marked as “Not covered by warranty.”
