Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 10 days of receipt, and items must remain in brand-new, unused condition (including all original packaging, accessories, and promotional gifts).
- Only orders placed on the official website are eligible. Please provide your order number and proof of purchase.
- For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong model selected, change of mind), the customer’s responsibility is round-trip shipping costs.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items that have been unsealed, installed, or used (including screen protectors with removed protective film).
- Products damaged through improper use or misuse.
